As the years before, Location Austria could be found at the Film Festival in Cannes.

By attending events such as the Austrian Happy Hour at the Austrian Film Pavilion at the Marché du Film, conferences held by the European Audiovisual Observatory (topic: International Co-Productions - A success formula for European Films?) or the EUFCN Talk (topic: Global Filmmaking in Competition) as well as numerous individual meetings, our team was able to make new contacts and discuss projects and other news with national and international filmmakers.

Here are some impressions:

"The Spy Who Dumped Me" that had some shooting days in Vienna in September 2017 (including for example locations at Spittelberg in the 7th district), was also promoted at the Festival.

We are looking forward to the film, which should start in summer 2018 in the cinemas.

Vienna, I love you.
This city is so beautiful and I have to say that of all the premieres I’ve ever had this is definitely the most elegant one I’ve ever attended.
